Joe Rupert, a Michigan-licensed residential builder, founded Laymans Contracting LLC with a commitment to quality craftsmanship and customer-focused service. Raised on his family farm in Montague, MI, he developed a strong work ethic and hands-on skills from an early age.
Joe holds a BA in Entrepreneurship and Accounting from Northwood University, combining business expertise with industry knowledge. With years of experience and a passion for precision, he delivers top-quality results for homes and businesses in the Greater Grand Rapids area.

We offer transparent pricing with a minimum project cost of $120. Payments are processed securely through Wave Financial, and we accept card, cash, check, and direct deposit.
